If, like me, you have had problems finding an easy and quick way of disposing of the waste water from your caravan, then the Waste Hog could be a life saver. I have often struggled with constantly trying to carry heavy containers to the disposal site but this is made easy by the Waste Hog. The wheels make it easy to transport and the large 45 litre capacity means less trips to empty the waste. Once you start using the system, you wont believe how you managed without it.
A clever feature is a level gauge so you know how much capacity is left, a carrying platform for chemical toilet transportation and an anti-splash outlet. The wide wheel base also avoids the Waste Hog from sinking into wet mud.
I think that the Wastehog is the most practical waste carrier available at the moment, it has all the accessories I need meaning I don’t have to pay a fortune in other attachments etc. Im impressed with the tank size 45 litres of waste water as this is often more than enough for an entire holiday away.
The Wastehog is also slim enough to slide under the caravan making sure it’s out of the way and connected easily to the caravan. Each Wastehog comes with a built in level gauge which indicates with it requires emptying. It also comes with a carrying shelf which folds away, allowing me to take extra things such as chemical toilet units on my trip to the waste disposal. The Waterhog comes with 2 inlets allowing easy filling and emptying.
We were looking for a way to reduce our reliance on heavy plastic containers for our caravanning. Waste water is a necessary part of every caravan journey unfortunately; not only the really nasty stuff but the general water waste from washing up and cooking needs to be taken care of as well, which really ups the weight of the trips and the number of times you have to head over to the disposal point. It’s not nice going over there after every meal and certainly takes the romance out of your honeymoon!
Lucky for us, the Wastehog is the solution. It’s perfect for both caravanning and camping. It’s nice and big, 45l, which means you really don’t have to go get rid of the water particularly often. Best of all it has a handy ‘anti splash’ drainage outlet – because what’s worse than having your own waste water splashed all over you?? There’s always been that risk inherent in carrying around plastic buckets and dumping them away, but the Wastehog is excellent for getting rid of these pesky concerns and turning your luxury holiday into a proper luxury instead of an unpleasant, waste-filled misery.
The wastehog is perfect for every trip away. You’ll miss it when you go abroad and can’t take your caravan, like safari holidays or organised tours, simply because there will be more hassle to deal with while camping. You may even find that you choose to stay in the UK simply to have all of your equipment to hand whenever holidaying, no matter which holidays are in the top ten elsewhere.
Not convinced? Simply try out your very own Wastehog to see what you’re in for. It’s available in many major retail caravanning outlets.
